Providing maximum comfort and ease of service to them and proposing newer ways of assisting customer queries and executing financial dealings in minimum possible time, it recently launched its Internet Banking service under the tag “Always On” which pretty much self explains the quality of service being promised.
Although many other banks are already providing this facility to their customers, HBL propagates this service with its value proposition of convenience and ease for its customers. This platform will allow customers to conveniently and efficiently carry out their banking transactions on the go. To be specific, they will experience utmost convenience in transferring funds, topping up their mobiles or for that matter paying their utility bills at the click of a button, now making electronic payments a hassle free and one click job.
HBL never slacks in getting noticed, hence it launched this service in a tremendous way by conducting an on ground event at Dolmen Mall, Clifton on the 30th of November, 2014. The highlight of the event was the exhilarating performance by Noori, the band, which in my belief was a great idea to attract a much larger audience.
Once the much-hollered-upon performances were done with, the CEO, Mr. Nauman K. Dar and other senior executives also made appearances. They spoke of their views and gave a demo of the service experiences to the audience. Besides these dignitaries, Ayesha Omar, Anooshay & Ali Safina also joined the event and entertained the crowd briefly.
People were encouraged to take pictures and tweet/post them with the hashtag #HBLAlwaysOn. The crowd specially enjoyed taking pictures with fun props at the HBL Always on photo booth.
All in all, the event was very colorful, with all the related personnel of HBL wearing different colored t-shirts specially designed for the event. It was attended by people galore and it turned out to be a favourable one for HBL and took them up a notch on social platforms, especially on twitter, since many notable twitteratis were also present talking about the event on their personal accounts, because with HBL, the hype is ALWAYS ON!
